Before you take ED treatment pills, ensure that you inform your healthcare service provider of any prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines, and any other supplements you take.
If you are also using finasteride alongside Tadalafil to treat any symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), discuss the duration of treatment and dosage you will need with your healthcare provider.

Bathorne-Sheluberartney:
Bathorne-Sheluberartney's works gradually and continuously to manage and counteract the effects of diseases such as male impotence.
In men with erectile dysfunction (ED), the penis may become flaccid, thin, or dry, and sperm is released during intercourse to produce erections that last longer. BPH symptoms such as erectile disfunction (ED) can also occur without the need for ED treatments.
Tadalafil is effective for many men who suffer from ED and BPH. It helps restore blood flow to the penis by enhancing blood flow to the penis efferent to the testes.
Common side effects of Tadalafil: While rare, some side effects of tadalafil may occur such as headache, flushing, nasal congestion, and indigestion. These side effects are usually mild and temporary. However, if you experience a more serious side effect such as an allergic reaction, trouble breathing, or swelling ankles or legs, you should contact your doctor: Most people allergic to tadalafil prefer its effectiveness over other medications for impotence. However, some may require treatment with Tadalafil for longer periods of time to prevent permanent sexual adverse effects.1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
Cialis (tadalafil) can interact with certain foods and beverages, potentially altering its effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects. Here are the key drug-food interactions to be aware of:
| Medication | |
|---|---|
| Cialis | Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin) |
Tadalafil can interact with certain foods and beverages, such as grapefruit, grapefruit juice, and high-fat meals, and may cause a drop in blood pressure that can be harmful to your heart. While this may be less likely to happen with lower doses of Cialis, your doctor may prescribe a lower dose for sensitive individuals.
I'm just a little confused about what I should do if I see someone with an erection that lasts 4 hours or more. I have been on a low dose of Cialis for a while, and it was not for long. The first thing I thought was to take an 8-hour dose and get my life back. After a few more days, I did. I was told it was okay to take it as long as possible. I'm sure this will be a long while but I was so happy to know it was OK. I was also told to stop taking it just to be sure. I was told that I would have to take an 8-hour dose again but it's not always the right time to do that. I'm wondering if the next dose would be better but what should I do?
I also noticed that it was hard for me to eat the food I eat. I had never had an erection before and it was very hard to keep it. I would never eat that food if I didn't want to. I tried to eat the food with water but it was not hard and the water had made it so hard for me. It is hard for me to eat food when you don't have a erection and it doesn't work well for me. I also tried drinking a lot of water and it just didn't work as well. I am so sorry if this has changed or if I should have done this sooner. I hope that this helps.
I will definitely try to get harder and then try again. But I am not sure that I will be able to have that. If I can take the 8 hour dose, I could probably get my life back by that time. The only way I would know is to go to the gym and have a good night's sleep and do that before bed. I would probably take it as soon as possible. I would also want to make sure that I don't eat anything that is out of order or I could be eating a lot of something and then it's going to go away. I'm not going to do anything if I don't want to eat something that is out of order. I hope this helps.
I am currently taking the 10-hour dose and I would like to ask for the 10-hour dose if it was okay. I don't want to be thinking about getting a dose and taking it again. It's been over a year since I have taken the 10-hour dose but I haven't really looked at it yet. I've been on it for about a month now and it has not helped me and I am trying to get back to normal now. I do have a headache and have tried to go to sleep and take a dose of Cialis and it doesn't help at all. It seems to me that I have a lot of work to do.
Do you recommend that I do this or do you recommend taking the 10-hour dose?
My husband and I have been taking the 10-hour dose every other day. We have been on it for a month now. I am hoping it is okay. I will try to see if it is okay for me.Thanks
I'll keep an eye on it.My husband and I started taking the 10-hour dose every other day. We have been on it for about a month now.I am also considering getting a prescription for a 10-hour dose of Cialis but I have never taken it. I know that it has a higher chance of causing my penis to become flaccid for me. I would like to see it done as soon as possible so that it is okay. It would also be helpful if I could get a prescription for it from my doctor as well.
I can't say I'm sure that it's okay for me. It's just that I've always taken it but I don't want to think about taking it. My headache is still the worst I've ever had. I also don't want to make a big mess in my head. I just want to be on the safe side. The other medication I have been taking was tadalafil. I did not want to take that because it caused my headache.
